Frequently Asked Questions
After payment, when can I start streaming art?
Immediately. Once payment is processed, you will receive an account setup link. After logging in, you will be prompted to activate your subscription. Your access begins immediately upon activation.
How is the CURATOR platform subscription structured and billed?
The base monthly subscription is NT$ 1,500. This subscription provides control for up to 10 unique Curator devices.
If you have more than 10 devices, you will need to purchase additional device tiers to cover the total count. Each additional tier increases your capacity by 10 devices.
•Example: If you own 18 devices, you will need 2 device subscription tiers.
You can easily upgrade or downgrade your tiers through your account settings.
Can I cancel my CURATOR subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your account portal. Please note that payments already processed are non-refundable, and your service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
When will I receive my device after payment?
Our devices are scheduled for phased shipments according to the following timeline:
•27” InnoGallery: Shipping begins in February 2026.
•44.7” InnoGallery: Shipping begins in March 2026.
Shipment priority is determined strictly by the submission time of your 'Delivery & Installation Information.'
To ensure the earliest possible delivery and service activation, please provide these details immediately after payment. Please note that devices cannot be dispatched until this information is received.
Can CURATOR devices be shipped and installed at multiple locations?
Yes. During the checkout process, you will be prompted to fill out the specific delivery and installation address for each individual device in your order.
What should I note if the device connects to Wi-Fi via a mobile hotspot?
Please ensure your mobile hotspot is running consistently. Many phones automatically disable the hotspot function when idle or unused for an extended period, which will cause your CURATOR device to lose connection and stop streaming.
What kind of internet environment is required to use this service?
To ensure a smooth, stable, and high-quality viewing experience across all features, we highly recommend the following network conditions:
•Download Speed: A minimum of 100 Mbps or higher is recommended.
•Connection Quality: A stable connection with low latency.
What is the warranty period and coverage for iStaging products?
We offer a one-year warranty on the display panel and device body for original purchasers via iStaging authorized channels. This covers free repairs and pickup within Taiwan’s main island for any manufacturing defects.
Note: Custom or project-based products follow the specific terms in their respective contracts.
How do I request a repair? What is the process?
Please call our service hotline at 02-2577-3677 to arrange service.
To ensure efficiency, we may use certified refurbished parts for replacements, and any old parts removed during the process will be recycled by us.
What is excluded from coverage?
Free repair does not apply to damage caused by accidents, improper use, or natural disasters, nor does it cover accessories like cables or gifts. Additionally, due to the nature of LCD manufacturing, screen pixel defects (bright or dead dots) are not eligible for warranty claims.
How are out-of-warranty repairs handled?
If the warranty has expired or the damage is user-inflicted, we will provide a quote covering parts, labor, shipping, and on-site fees. Please note that if you decline the repair after receiving the quote, a diagnostic service fee will be charged.
